Migrate to Configurable Workspace Type: Developer Company: ServiceNow	With three weeks left in the release, I gladly accepted the assignment to develop a migration guide from the classic workspace to the new Configurable Workspace, leveraging my product knowledge and skills. This effort led to my promotion as the lead writer for the highest priority feature in the next release, the Now Next Experience.	Authoring: DITA oXygen, Eclipse integrated development, and Git.
Now Next Experience Type: User guide Company: ServiceNow	As the lead writer for the Now Next Experience, I drove the development of the documentation for this high-priority feature. I guided the content architecture, writing, and video production, which received strong praise from higher-ups and positive feedback on social media from the project head. Using your Friend’s List Type: User guide Company: RP1	End-user guides for leveraging the capabilities of the RP1 site. I developed the content architecture and strategy for the RP1 doc site. I spearheaded the initiative and drove the doc site as the product manager. It dazzled stakeholders. Persona: User	Authoring: Madcap Flare
Navigating Workspace documentation Type: User guide Company: ServiceNow	As the lead writer for the Workspace platform and the Now User Interface bundle, I implemented content architecture best practices to enhance the documentation site. This structured authoring approach involved organizing materials into concept, task, and reference topics. I restructured the Workspace documentation by updating existing content and multimedia while adding significant new information to improve clarity and usability. Create an advanced Map Page Type: Tutorial Company: ServiceNow	Embedded on development team to produce a tutorial that followed chronological steps to sequentially build a complex product. Introduction to the RP1 tutorials Type: Concept Company: RP1	This page defined a new paradigm in metaverse development and provided the conceptual information to jump into the tutorials to build within the ecosystem.	Authoring: Madcap Flare Design:Figma
